VERY Early Class of 2013 NCAA Basketball Recruiting Ranking

Reviewed Scout.com's latest recruiting rankings for the Class of 2013, assigning 100 points to the top ranked recruit, 99 points to the second rank, etc.  Since most of the top players are investigating multiple schools at this time, those points are split across multiple universities.
